FAQ

If you have any questions that are not answered here, please don't hesitate to contact me.

  • What should I expect from the consultation session?
Initial consultations will involve discussions about the presenting complaint, general health and medical history (including current medications). Any information provided will be confidential. Physical examination will then follow where patients may be asked to remove some of their clothing to allow Jen to reach a working diagnosis. At all times, patient preferences are taken into account so please do not hesitate in sharing any concerns you have. Once a diagnosis is reached, treatment may involve soft tissue massage, gentle mobilisation, spinal and joint manipulation or more gentle cranial techniques. Treatment plans will be decided together and patients are encouraged to be actively involved in the process.
  • Where do I wait for my appointment?
Enter Prana Yoga studio (please remove your shoes) and wait in the reception area. Jen will collect you from there.
